How to get started

1. Open your chosen modules (5 minutes)

Start by opening the Playbook modules you selected during the Strategy Snapshot session.

(No need to choose — you already picked them.)

2. Run each module one at a time (40-60 minutes per section)

Work through the instructions in each module as a team.

Focus on:

• Clear, practical answers
• Shared understanding
• Decisions, not theories

Work in sequence.

Finish one module before moving to the next.

3. Capture your updated answers (during each module)

As you finalize each section:

• Update your Strategic Clarity Canvas
• Note any decisions or assumptions
• Keep the language simple and aligned

4. Review everything together (10 minutes)

Read each updated section out loud.

Confirm:

• It's clear
• Everyone agrees
• It reflects what the business should focus on for the next 12 months

5. Lock it in (5 minutes)

Save your refreshed strategy into your main document.

This is now your operating direction for the year (or until your next refresh).
